Aside from releasing the Camaro 1LEs (I NEEDS IT) Chevy facelifted the Trax so it isn’t a little derpy looking thing anymore.

Not only does the facelift make the Trax a little more aggressive, it manages to make the car look ever so slightly smaller. Maybe because they shrunk the front overhang by a good bit it seems.

They also updated the interior which loses the motorcycle-esque gauge cluster (boo) but looks like it gets a more premium looking design (yay.) Of course it also gets GM’s latest suit of technology and stuff.

The little 138hp 1.4T chugs on at the only engine option. But hey, this segment was never designed for racing/enthusiastic driving/do much anything except going from point A to point B comfortably.

I think the new Malibu replaced this in the derpy department. This actually looks pretty decent now.

I haven’t seen anything about one yet. Odds are if it does it’ll be like when the Regal got one, hardly noticeable.

The Trax does look way better.

You know, maybe I'm just slow on the uptake, but I still can't see the difference between the 5th gen and 6th gen Camaro. I need to see the two side by side, in person. Even when I bump up pictures I can't tell a difference. Now that I've said all that, I too wouldn't mind a new Camaro. I really want to take a spin in the turbo 4 and see how that compares to the Ecoboost Mustang.

I actually hope not. I really like the looks of that thing. It’s one of the few cars I’d consider buying on the strength of it’s appearance alone. It just looks soooooo cute.

It’s a Golf GTI type difference to me (but not QUITE as subtle). Definitely noticeable, quantifiable in a number of places, but largely just pulled and tugged in very subtle way so that you know it’s different but aren’t quite sure how.

Either way it looks amazing.

Once you see the 6th gen Camaro in person it becomes pretty apparent what’s different. It’s a decent amount smaller and just looks more lean and muscular overall.

The Turbo Camaro actually doesn’t technically compete with the EcoBoost Mustang. The 2.0T on the Camaro is the entry-level engine and Ford puts the 2.3T in the ‘Stang as the mid-level motor. It’s sorta strange/confusing.

Yes, since the Buick is a rebadged Opel and the Mokka X got a facelift. And is quite better looking than the Chevy

Reminds me a little bit of the Chevrolet Niva concept, which obviously would be more fun in some respects. Can’t say I dislike it as is, though. There really was too much nose on the old one.

I didn’t even know this was a thing (in the US). I see the Buick Encore from time to time, but never the Trax.

I’m surprised it isn’t more popular — I also see the Sonic and Spark a lot, which is odd since more people are supposedly buying crossovers vs cars.

Opel Mokka refit. Hoping this means the Encore is more than just a simple rehash of the same. The hard points are the same but the exterior and interior get a substantial refit.
